- Yes it is! The calendars are already filling up with the new reservations.
Search for your stay via our site. The information pages of our accommodations are at the bottom of the agenda. When you click on the desired date you will see the rental amount for the indicated accommodation and rental period. Is this what you want? Then click on Book and fill in the booking form. You will then receive a confirmation from us by email with all further additional information.
Given the constantly changing developments regarding Corona we recommend that you take out travel and / or cancellation insurance with your own insurance advisor.
Bed linen is provided at the Duynsuites aan Zee and Duynpark het Zwanenwater.
At the other accommodations you can either bring your own bed linen or rent it for 7,50 euros per person per set. You can bring your own towels for all stays or rent them from us for 5,00 euros per set (1 large and 1 small) per person.
- Arrival is from 4 pm and departure at 9.30 am. Earlier arrival is always possible. However, we cannot guarantee whether your accommodation will be clean by then. However, you can already leave your belongings with us and discover the beach or village square, relax at WOEST or do some shopping.
- The final cleaning is mandatory, so you cannot carry it out yourself. The costs of the final cleaning are stated per stay.
- Yes, that is possible in consultation. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone so that we can indicate whether you can get an option for 2 days.
- You pay 30%. The balance payment is due 30 days before arrival. If your arrival is within 30 days, we ask you to pay the entire amount in one go.
- Our administration regularly performs a payment check. You will be notified of this after your payment has been processed. The confirmation of receipt of the deposit contains further information about the remaining payment. After receipt of the complete amount, you will be notified again. Including other arrival information for your stay.

- No, Duynpark het Zwanenwater is a family park where many young families stay. After 22:00 there is evening silence in the park. So unfortunately we cannot allow young people into our park.

1. The holiday maker can only cancel his booking in writing. In case of cancellation the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to Callinghe. When cancelling a booking the following amounts are due:
- Up to 61 days before arrival*, 25% of the rental sum + reservation costs;
- From 60 days up to 35 days before arrival*, 50% of the rental sum + reservation costs;
- From 34 days up to 2 days before arrival*, 90% of the rent + reservation costs;
- In case of cancellation within 2 days before arrival* or no notice, you will owe the total rental fee.
* Callinghe does not count the actual arrival day of the holiday maker in this. The last day of the calculation concerns 1 day before arrival of the holiday maker until 24:00 hours.
2. The remuneration shall be proportionally refunded after deduction of administration costs in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part thereof.
Our cancellation conditions do not apply to rebookings made out of goodwill. Do you wish to cancel your rebooking? We will apply the deadline and the corresponding cancellation percentage in force at the time you chose to rebook.
- If you have booked through a tour operator, and not directly through Zon Zee Strand, we refer you to your tour operator. You will have to find a solution together with them.
- We work with standard changeover days on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Short or modified rental periods are sometimes possible in the early or late season. This is on request, please send an e-mail: info@zonzeestrand.nl

Bed linen is provided at the Duynsuites aan Zee.
You can bring your own towels or rent them from us for 5,00 euros per set per person (1 large and 1 small) .
- It is possible to cook in the Duynsuites, there is enough inventory available. However, there is no oven or microwave.
- It is possible to discuss a preferred position. We try to take this into account as much as possible, but cannot guarantee anything.
- There is 1 bicycle at your accommodation. If you want to use more bicycles, you can rent them at Kroon Tweewielers.
Mention your accommodation number and they will put the bicycles at your accommodation. - Yes, there is free WIFI at the Duynpark.
- We are in possession of high chairs and cots. Please indicate what you need when booking.
- Yes, of course. If availability allows, you can book multiple lodges (or a combination of accommodations) with us.
- At Duynpark het Zwanenwater bed linen is available for the lodges and Juttershutten. You can bring your own towels or rent them from us for 5,00 euros per set per person (1 large and 1 small).

- Yes, there is hot water in the kitchen and bathroom of the tipi.
- No, there is no refrigerator in the tipi. You can keep your products cold in a cool box. This cool box can be kept cold by cooling elements that are present at the Duynpark.
- No, there is no wood stove in the tipi. A radiant heater.
- No, unfortunately not, pets are welcome at our other accommodations.
- There is a wood stove in the lodge, you can chop your own wood on the property.
- There is no hot water in the lodge, you can get hot water with the water barrel from the hot water source in the park.
- There is a power pole with 4 power points at the Duynlodge.
- There is no water cooker, you can drink your water the old-fashioned way: in a kettle.
- You can cook on the wood stove, there is no gas stove in the Duynlodge.
- There is a wood stove in the lodge, you can chop your own wood on the property.
