December is always the month of looking back. In your mind, let's take a look at the special events of the past year. We hope that, despite the bizarre situation we find ourselves in, you also had unforgettable moments this year!

We ourselves look back on a changeable year. In March the cancellations poured in and we had to switch from 100% occupancy to suddenly zero guests. With a few adjustments and new rules, a stay at Zon Zee Strand became possible again. And we knew that! What a special, pleasant and nice summer season we had !!! Thank you to all guests.

And now, nine months after the first wave, we are back in lockdown. The coming weeks will be a bit tough. But… there is light at the end of the tunnel. The summer of 2021 is going to give us that relief (people whisper). And that is good, because we are already in full development for the next season.

There will be new accommodations at the Duynpark! They will be called Juttershut and will be located on the Oostveld (where the lodges 15 to 19 were). These lodges have moved in recent weeks. We've made it into a kind of puzzle, discarding the outdated brown lodges and replacing them with the other ones. You can read more about this in the next newsletter. This will follow in the new year.

We wish everyone a Merry Christmas! Despite everything, make it a party!

Are the walls coming towards you? Then come to the beach and walk from Callantsoog to Julianadorp (or vice versa). The fresh wind in your hair, get a breath of fresh air in the salty sea air. And finally you can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with lots of whipped cream or homemade Gluhwein (to-go). Cheers! In good spirits to the new year.
