An old farmhouse has been converted into a homely restaurant with a beautiful wood-fired oven. A place where chef Jasper can lose his culinary egg. This is certainly reflected in the dishes of d'Heerlijckheid, everything is homemade, including the ice cream for the desserts. Local products are used as much as possible as an ode to the Callantsoog environment.
Jasper Boomsma and his wife Merel ten Holt moved to Callantsoog from Rotterdam last August. With the dream of living outdoors and raising their children by the sea close to their families and origins. In Rotterdam they had a special kitchen in the middle of the forest on an island in the Maas. There they served dishes with a story to connect people. By eating tasty and good food in an attractive place and enjoying being outside.
You can come to us for lunch, dinner or when you just want a nice drink. But we also have delicious coffee with homemade tartelettes for hikers. In short, we are there for every moment! Do you have something to celebrate? Even then 'd Heerlijckheid is the perfect location. Call or visit us for more information.
